When to book a wedding room block
Timing a room block around save-the-dates, release dates and peak season.
Timing
Set up the block before you send save-the-dates so guests have a link to book. Check the release date against your RSVP deadline, and for destination weddings in peak season ask early, because resorts can limit how many weddings and groups they host on one date.
